This shaper door set tool for making the stile and rail of interior or exterior doors. The included profile is "slant" or profile #2 (P2), and the finish stock thickness at 1-3/4" with tool bore at 1-1/4". The 2" and 2-1/4" material thicknesses can be adapted along with three (3) additional profiles with an additional purchase of insert knives. The required spacers are already included with the set for different setups.
- This R1D002 door set is for Mortise & Tenon Joinery without the rebate tool elements.
- Alternatively, the R1D008 door set includes the additional rebate tool elements (discs) for Dowel/Biscuit in addition to the Mortise & Tenon Joinery.
