2. If a space is opened up more than eight (8) weeks before the first day of a workshop, you will be asked to pay an additional USD 300 to resume a standard workshop registration for a total of USD 500 first payment, refundable eight (8) weeks before the first workshop day.
3. Eight (8) Weeks before a workshop:

• You can still cancel eight (8) weeks prior to the first day of the workshop for a 100% refund on your $200 deposit.
• If a space is opened up, we will invoice you the workshop and hotel balance. To respect others on the wait list, we ask for your commitment within 24 hours.
• If no space is opened up, we will refund you the USD 200. Or you can apply the credit to a future workshop.
